Bridget Casey, MS
Bridget serves as Practice Director, ERP and Systems for GrooveCIO, helping clients ensure smooth implementations and transitions of software, steady ongoing administration, and responsive, reliable technical support.
Her technical versatility, adept problem solving, team orientation and masterful time management skills make her a great liaison with staff and partners alike. Bridget holds a Masters in IT and a Bachelors in Supply Chain and Management from Bloomsburg University.
John Casey
John provides network administration and help desk support for GrooveCIO clients.
He never just tries to close a ticket, but deeply understand it so he can apply it in the future. And once problem solved, he teaches others so they can learn and grow, too.
